Y6 Evacuees!

Year Six enjoyed a memorable and enriching trip, stepping back in time to experience life as an evacuee stepping back in time to experience life as an evacuee during World War Two. 

Throughout the day, pupils took part in an air raid drill, travelled on a traditional steam train, explored authentic wartime artefacts and even tried their hand at firefighting practice. The children had a fantastic day and represented the school amazingly.
